Andrew Garcia is a director and cinematographer from Miami, Florida. His work mostly touches on issues of racial inequality, politics and family. Coming from a multicultural background, his films address issues of environmental crises and societal constructs. He hopes to create work that breaks the boundaries of what is defined as "race, culture and globalization".

Currently based in New York, he travels between Miami and NY to feed his creative drive.

His latest work, "La Piel De Ayer", was acquired and released by HBO in May 2019.

His upcoming project “Tumba Del Mar” is now in development.
